Scranly plans your dinners over WhatsApp. To do that it has to remember things about you — this page says exactly what, why, and how to make it forget.
Scranly runs on a small number of service providers, each under their own data processing terms: Meta (WhatsApp message delivery), Anthropic (the AI that plans your meals — messages are processed in the United States under standard contractual safeguards and are not used for model training), Railway (hosting and the database, including managed backups), and Stripe (payments). If you opt into the weekly email we also use Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (email routing).
For as long as you use Scranly — its memory of your taste is the product. Stop using it and your data just sits dormant; ask us to delete it and it's gone.
Message Scranly "delete my data" and everything — profile, preferences, plans, message history — is permanently removed. You can also ask for a copy of what's stored ("what do you know about me?" works). UK GDPR also gives you rights to correction and complaint — the ICO is at ico.org.uk.
