How does pausing work?

Going away for a week or two? Just tell Scranly — "I'm on holiday until the 14th" — and the subscription pauses. You pay nothing while you're gone, and it picks up again when you're back. No forms, no customer service. Same way you'd tell a friend.

What happens after the free week?

£5.99 a month, billed monthly (that's £1.49 a week). No contract, no minimum term. If you want out, say "bye" in your WhatsApp thread and that's it — cancelled. You'll never be charged without clearly agreeing first, and you'll be reminded before any renewal.

Why charge at all?

Because you're the customer, not the product. Scranly has no ads, doesn't sell data, takes no commission from supermarkets or delivery apps — its only incentive is being worth a few quid a month to your household. That's the whole business model, and we'd like to keep it that boring.
