Meet ScranlyIt noticed Wednesday was empty before you did.

A dinner agent that lives in WhatsApp. It plans your week, writes the shopping list, and replans from one line of pushback.

Start on WhatsApp →

Dinner doesn't stop at dinner.

The plan flows everywhere it's useful — without you forwarding anything.

The list

A list you can actually shop from.

Every ingredient, aggregated across the week and grouped by aisle — tickable from your phone in the supermarket. Swap a meal and you get the delta, never a fresh list.

Its memory

A memory that compounds.

“Never mushrooms” is forever. “Loved it” tilts next week. Every reply — even silence — teaches it what your house actually eats.

What Scranly knows always yours

Your profile

Allergies · shellfish
Never · coriander, mushrooms
Cooks · 4 nights / week
Quick nights · Thursdays
Coriander — never againfrom “no coriander, ever pls”
Halloumi — loves itcooked twice, never sent back
Prawn curry — bring it back“unreal”
Easing off fish“not salmon again”
And silence counts too — a quiet night after a nudge is a small yes.

Every food app wants the same thing: for you to stop cooking. We built the opposite — an agent whose only job is that dinner is already sorted. And when you truly can't face it, Scranly sends you to a real restaurant, not a delivery basket.

Why Scranly exists · built in the UK

How it works

No app, no forms — just a conversation. Scroll to watch one unfold.

You start

Say hi. That's the signup.

Scranly is just a contact in your WhatsApp — no app, no account form, no password.

One question

Anything you can't eat?

Asked once, then enforced in code on every plan — never left to an AI to remember.

It just listens

Talk like a person.

No dropdowns, no setup wizard. Plain English is the whole interface.

It plans ahead

The next few nights, sorted.

A rolling plan from today — not a rigid Mon–Fri week. Your calendar and even the weather tilt the choices.

The list writes itself

One shop, grouped by aisle.

Every ingredient aggregated across the week — tickable from your phone while you shop.

You push back

“Not salmon again.”

One line, your words. No menus to dig through — just say it.

It replans & remembers

Swapped — and it sticks.

You get the list delta, never a whole new list. Next week already leans away from fish.

Every day at four

Tonight's dinner, ready.

A nudge brings the meal and method. Dinner was decided days ago — you just get the reminder.

Fair questions

Is it actually free?

During early access, yes — completely, no card, no catch. When Scranly grows up there'll be one simple paid plan, and early users keep a founder rate. You'll never be charged without clearly agreeing first.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Scranly is a contact in your WhatsApp. Say hi and you're set up — there's no app, no account form, no password. Your dinners also appear in your normal calendar if you want them to (one tap to subscribe).

What about allergies?

Tell Scranly once and it's enforced in software on every single plan — not left to an AI's memory. That said, Scranly is a planning aid: for severe allergies, always check labels yourself.

What if I don't like what it suggests?

Say so, in your own words — "not fish again", "something quicker", "never mushrooms". It replans on the spot and remembers forever. Pushing back is how it gets good.

What if I can't be bothered to cook tonight?

Tell it. Tonight's meal shifts to tomorrow (the food's already in your fridge), and if you want to eat out it'll suggest somewhere local that fits your taste. No guilt either way.

Can my partner use it too?

The shared calendar and the tickable shopping list work for the whole household today — send the link to whoever's shopping. Full multi-person chats are on the way.

What happens to my data?

It plans your dinners. That's it — never sold, never used to train AI models, never shown ads. Message "delete my data" and everything is gone. The long version is in our privacy policy.
